At Sportnix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at the number above.
